a.The number of parking spaces required shall be governed by the use of the property in question and shall be as set forth below. If the determination of the number of required parking spaces results in a fractional space, the fraction shall require one additional parking space. Whenever there is a combination of uses, the total number of spaces shall be calculated proportionately as the sum of individual uses.[Amended 1-25-2006 by Ord.
